Chris Anderson

Chris Anderson served for 25 years as the head of TED, the non-profit organization behind TED Talks before moving on to focus on clean-tech investing. Chris created the global COUNTDOWN climate change initiative as well as All Aboard, a convening and fund designed to address the ‘missing middle’ challenge of clean-tech investing. Through the Audacious Project, he has raised over $3 Billion in philanthropic donations for bold non-profit organizations. And he is the principal behind two other clean-tech funds, Exa and  Resilience Reserve.

Stephen Petranek

Stephen Petranek is a science and financial writer and editor. He was senior editor for science at Life magazine, as well as editor-in-chief of Discover Magazine, editor of Tropic Magazine at The Miami Herald, editor of The Washington Post's Magazine, and editor of the financial newsletter Breakthrough Technology Alert. He was the first editor-in-chief of This Old House magazine which he co-founded for Time Inc. He is co-founder of Arc Programs, a bioscience conference. Petranek spoke at the TED conference in 2002, 2003, and again in 2016. His book How We’ll Live on Mars was published in 2015.

Greg Pearlman

Greg Pearlman’s career has spanned more than three decades at top levels in investment banking for major firms, focusing on M&A and capital raises. After leaving the banking industry in 2020, he founded Jackson Springs Management Partners, investing in and advising  consumer, climate and tech companies.  He has been a Trustee of Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo for 3 decades.
